Permits available online: Alcoholic Beverage License/Permit, Human Trafficking Certification, Coin-Operated Machine Registration, Dealer Permit, Donation Box License, Game Room License, Noise and Sound Permit, Street Vendor Permits.
**Administrative Fee - $32.16**
On December 15, 2010 City Council passed Ordinance Number 2010-1016 which amended the City of Houston Code of Ordinances by adding “Sec. 1-14 Administrative Fee”. In 2024, Section 1-14 requires an administrative fee of $32.16 to be collected at the time of application for any license, permit or service for which the fee is greater than $50.00. This includes all renewals regardless of whether or not an application is filed. This fee is in addition to the fee for the license, permit or service.

To comply with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Houston, applicants seeking the following types of permits shall consent to and complete state or federal forms that are required to obtain a criminal history report. The applicable types of permits are:
