write a sequential list of 100-200 ai developer instructions to complete the food-dash project, the ai has full file and npm access to the files, we are a tdd team. the ai is going to have to build out the front and back end. we have already done prisma generate using the starter pack. based on the schema we should be able to generate our routes setup a swagger openai single source of truth, we need to make sure our authentication is setup, we need to make sure cors is setup, we need to insist on quality such as variable driven modular css, i want reusable generic preact components, we want to add numerous cycles on styling the front end to be very minimal and elegant with lots of white space subtle effects, let’s add pre-processing events, make sure we are linting after big milestones, spend time on every page implementing features, layout the big features for ai but keep it focused on our tasks, avoid unnesscary instructions, make sure the ai optimizes our final code and services for performance. make sure we are using optimized builds. return the list as a downloadable csv
