great now lets begin a major refactor. Analyze requirements.md, using our new documentation compare the current functionality to our requirements. Braek down the requirements into actionable tasks and organize them by work. Now consider the structural changes we need to make to accomplish all 30 requirements. This will require multiple refactors done in logical order. Everytime we finish an item let’s write a unit test to validate it. Use the unit testing to keep our function composition consistent. Some of these requirements did work previously so also expect to encounter legacy and broken code that needs to be clean-up and optimized. Okay first assess the project and develop our strategy.
